United States Delivery

As a service commitment, orders placed with hexclad can be shipped only within the United States. For clarity, every U.S. order receives free standard shipping under this policy.

Expected Delivery Stages

To keep expectations transparent, the standard processing period is 1–2 business days prior to shipment. As part of this policy, standard delivery generally requires 4–6 business days in transit after the order ships.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

For eligible requests, once a package is dispatched, we send tracking information for delivery monitoring. For eligible requests, transit windows are estimates and may change because of carrier, weather, address, or other external disruptions.

Address Accuracy and Support

For eligible requests, accurate address information is required; contact support as soon as possible if submitted details need correction. As part of this policy, cancellation is available before shipment; after dispatch, the Refund Policy controls return requests.
